The drum beat of animal rescue and animal rights activism has been beaten loud and long and has deafened people to the truth about traditional and historic animal roles as well as ethical animal husbandry practices utilized by responsible breeders to provide quality care for their animals. The current "climate of rescue" is extremely hostile to all manner of breeder, running the gamut from the small homesteader who desires to produce quality meat as a self-sufficiency effort for their family all the way to the show breeder endeavoring to preserve heritage rabbit breeds (like our Americans) which would otherwise become extinct as well as all other breeders in between.
I Do NOT Need To Be Rescued is a breeder-inspired Facebook page managed by a consortium of breeders in an effort to provide a voice for the animal steward in the United States (specifically). The aim is to educate the public about ethical animal husbandry and traditional animal roles.
Using memes, concise information is provided for easy comprehension and quick sharing so that folks are able to receive and disseminate the truth about classical animal purposes and the conscientious breeding and painstaking care administered by ethical breeders, farmers, ranchers, and fanciers.
I encourage you to "LIKE" the page then share, SHARE, SHARE the memes with family, friends, acquaintances coworkers, neighbors - anyone, EVERYONE - through all of your social media and technological outlets so that an increasing number of folks will be properly informed regarding the issue.
If you have meme ideas or desire to create your own please feel free to share them (by message) with I Do NOT Need To Be Rescued. Submission criteria can be found in the "About" section of the page.
If you have any questions or comments feel free to message the page or leave us a comment here at 4D Farm, Rabbitry, Trapping & Trading.
