- All sales are on a first money first bunny basis.
- Currently we accept CASH and CHECKS (made payable to Charley or Joanna Dowlearn) at this time.
- A deposit of 1/2 the total purchase price is required for a customer to be put on our waiting list. Deposits/payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. The remainder of payment is due in CASH (exact change), upon pick up/delivery.
- Rabbits are considered RESERVED once deposit is received/cleared; customers will be added to the waiting list in order of payment received.
- Reserved rabbits will be held for up to ONE week past pick update (the initial date that the buyer is told their rabbits are available for pick up). Special accommodation may be available, for additional fees, if cage space is available.
- If rabbits have not been picked up by the end of the one week, holding period, the rabbits will be considered ABANDONED in which case any deposit/payment from the initial customer will be FORFEIT and the rabbit will be made available to another customer for purchase.
***A signed and dated Rabbit Purchase Agreement is required of all customers upon pick up of ALL rabbits.***
